Looking for a fun and engaging event for your Homeschool, Co-Op or School? You can now bring Fraydo The Dragon and all his Kingdom of Aragon friends for a visit via the magic of ZOOM!

Our gold medal, award-winning story, Fraydo The Dragon: A Very Big Problem, brings wonderful and delightful characters to your classroom through author readings, newly animated workshops, and other writing programs. Every event provides a humorous and engaging lesson on relevant storyline topics throughout the book, including friendship, empathy, problem-solving, and self-awareness.

So get those imagination hats on and help Fraydo the Dragon and his friend, Pee Wee the Dragon, figure out Fraydo’s BIG PROBLEM!

Written by Courtney Spain Aragon and art directed & designed by Anne Digges, these lovable characters and their story will capture your student’s imagination.

When you have a Fraydo the Dragon ZOOM or On-Demand event, GET READY for a fun adventure for the kids! Author Courtney Aragon has both a humorous presentation and a thoughtful post-reading discussion with students about friendship, problem-solving, and empathy.

‣ Grades PreK – 2 are invited to be part of Fraydo’s Pen Pal Program:

Teachers, Homeschoolers, and Co-Ops love our new on-demand workshop. After reading the story, Fraydo the Dragon: A Very Big Problem, students are taught how to write a Pen Pal Letter to any character in the story. Students are delighted when the characters write back. This event can be tailored to either an on-demand class or live via Zoom.

‣ Grades 3 – 5 are invited to participate in The Writer’s Workshop:

This class is offered as a ZOOM class. Here these children are learning about Plot and Character Development. They will also have the chance to see how a book is published from concept to print.
